Who We Are
About Gons Pest Control
Built on respect for the land, a deep understanding of wildlife, and a commitment to protecting the people and property that depend on us.
Meet the Founder
Carsten Gons
I grew up on a working ranch where the line between wildlife and livelihood was drawn every day. I learned early that the land provides — but only if you take care of it. That means respecting the animals that belong here, and managing the ones that don’t.
After years of helping neighbors, friends, and fellow ranchers deal with everything from feral hog invasions to coyotes picking off calves, I realized there was a gap in the pest control industry. Most companies handle bugs and rodents. When the problem is a 300-pound boar tearing through your fence line at 2 AM, they send you to someone else.
That someone else is me. Gons Pest Control was founded to fill that gap — providing professional, safe, and effective pest control for the situations that require firearm-based intervention. Every job starts with understanding your property, your concerns, and your goals. We don’t spray and pray. We scout, plan, execute, and follow up.
This isn’t sport. It’s stewardship. And it’s a responsibility I take seriously.
